Refund policy

At Valaraa, every garment is made with care and purpose. We kindly ask customers to double-check their sizing, color, and design selections before placing an order. As a small business, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for orders placed in error or due to a change of mind.


RETURNS

We only accept returns in cases where the product itself has an issue — such as a manufacturing defect, damage during transit, or if you received the wrong item. This policy applies to all apparel.


TO REQUEST A RETURN:

  1. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
  2. All original tags must remain attached. Items with removed, cut, or missing tags will not be accepted for return under any circumstances.
  3. Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  4. We do not accept returns for sizing errors, color/style preference changes, or other customer-related mistakes

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged, incorrect, or you purchased shipping insurance.


REFUNDS

If your return is approved after inspection, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the funds.


PRODUCT ISSUES

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue so our team can resolve it quickly.
